1. Who We Are

Zanari (“App”) is operated by appselevated LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Idaho. Contact: nathan@zanari.app.

2. Data We Collect

• User-provided data – e-mail address, referral code, watch-list symbols, custom alert rules, feedback notes, support messages.
• Automated data – device identifiers (IDFV/Android ID), IP address, app version, crash logs, in-app events, subscription status.
• Usage analytics – aggregated interaction data (screens viewed, alert creation, trend-state queries) via Firebase Analytics.

3. How We Use Your Data

1. To authenticate and manage your account (Firebase Auth).
2. To store your watch-lists, alert rules, and referral attribution (Firestore / Realtime Database).
3. To send optional push or SMS notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging / Twilio) that you configure.
4. To analyze performance, diagnose crashes, and improve features (Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics).
5. To process payments and verify subscriptions through Apple and Google in-app purchase APIs.

4. Legal Bases

Under GDPR (where applicable) our bases are Contract (to deliver the service you request) and Legitimate Interest (security, analytics). We rely on Consent for optional marketing messages.

5. Sharing & Third-Party Services

• Firebase (Google LLC) – cloud infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, messaging.
• Apple App Store / Google Play – billing & subscription management.
• Affiliate platforms – only the ref_code you enter, to credit the partner who referred you.

No personal data is sold. Service providers are bound by confidentiality and data-processing agreements.

6. Retention

Account data is retained while you have an active subscription and for up to 90 days after cancellation (or as required by law). Anonymized analytics may be stored indefinitely.

7. Your Rights

• Access, rectify, or delete your personal data
• Withdraw consent for optional messaging
• Portability, restriction, or objection (where applicable)

8. Children

The App is not directed to minors under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

Material privacy updates will be posted on this page at least 7 days before they take effect.

Zanari Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Zanari, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

The App provides impersonal, rules-based market data (trend states, simulated trade analytics) for educational purposes only. We do not provide personalized investment advice or execute trades on your behalf.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

1. Platform billing — All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store card details.
2. Auto-renewal — Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
3. Trials & Intro Offers — Free trials convert to paid plans unless canceled in platform settings.
4. Refunds — Subject to Apple / Google policies; contact them directly for refund requests.

4. Proprietary Signals & IP

TrendState™, simulated-trade models, all code, graphics, and content are protected intellectual property of appselevated LLC. Reverse engineering, scraping, or redistributing proprietary data without written consent is prohibited.

5. User Conduct

• No automated or bulk requests beyond documented API limits.
• No sharing of device-specific push alerts or dashboards outside your household.
• No use of the App for illegal, fraudulent, or market-manipulative activity.

6. Disclaimers

• Educational Only — Information is general and not tailored to your financial situation. Past (simulated) performance is not indicative of future results.
• No Warranties — The App is provided “as is” without warranties of fitness, accuracy, or availability.
• Third-Party Data — We rely on external market-data providers and cannot guarantee completeness or timeliness.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, appselevated LLC and it's officers, owners and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or for loss of profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App—even if advised of the possibility.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold [COMPANY], its officers, and employees harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing nathan@zanari.app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflicts of law. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Idaho.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms periodically. Continued use after posted changes constitutes acceptance.
